I love how peaceful this is but still located in the heart of Indian Land. This is not off of main road, so it's nice and quiet. Things I loved: Elevators, access gates, 1-mile nature and salt water pool.

This place was amazing, The amenities where awesome, The area was quite, The people where so nice and I don't have enough space to write about Suzie... I was just stunned at the level of professionalism and candor I received from this place, Unfortunately I had to choose a different place for other reasons. But in the future If I can I would definitely move there, Because it was exceptional...

Chance Sands

This apartment community is absolutely beautiful. Much different than some of the "eye-sores" being built all over the area. Friendly staff and incredible amenities. I'd live here in a heartbeat if I wasn't stuck in Eastern NC.

This place is great, the people moving in have all been sweet and the office staff and maintenance crew has been lovely the apartments are beautiful
