York County is a part of South Carolina’s piedmont region, nestled between the Broad River and the Catawba River. Our county boasts plenty of top-notch parks and greenways for hiking and other outdoor activities. There’s plenty of fun and exploration to be had with Kings Mountain National Military Park, Carowinds Amusement Park, and Carolina Lakes Golf Club or Fort Mill Golf Club all close by! Even better for the sports fans, we are about 25 minutes away from Rock Hill, home of the brand new Carolina Panthers Stadium. 

Indian Land is an idyllic area far enough from the din of Charlotte, NC’s city life but close enough for commuters who work in the city. We’re only 30 minutes from Charlotte! Conveniently located right off HWY 521, our community provides easy access to major interstates nearby such as I485. We are also a quick drive away from I77. 

If you’re interested in commuting to Charlotte for some fun, you might have fun visiting the NASCAR Hall of Fame, or you could catch a game at the BB&T Ballpark. The Bank of America Stadium is the current home of the Carolina Panthers until their new home in Rock Hill is ready, so check out their events, as well! If outdoors activities are what your heart is after, we are not far from Lake Norman or the McDowell Nature Center and Preserve

From grocery stores to retail shops, our area has what you need! Not to mention, Charlotte is home of SouthPark Mall which hosts upscale shopping including Louis Vutton, Burberry, Tiffany & Co., and so much more. If you’re looking for cuisine, Charlotte is home to endless elevated dining options. Rock Hill has a burgeoning brewery scene, if hip drink spots are your thing. Fort Mill, just a 15 minute drive away, has several locally-owned restaurant options that are sure to blow you away as well!
